Hair quality and lifespan
Made from 100% premium Russian human hair, with a 90% end ratio for a full, balanced finish from roots to ends.
With suitable care, the hair has an expected lifespan of 12–18 months. This depends on washing, styling, wear and maintenance; it is not a guaranteed lifespan.
Hair lifespan is different from the time between maintenance appointments. Your stylist will recommend a schedule for checking, removing or refitting the attachments according to your hair growth and chosen method.
Care and maintenance
Brush gently each day while supporting the attachments. Use care products suitable for extensions, keep oils and conditioner away from the bonds, and limit excessive heat. Follow your stylist’s advice to help keep the hair soft and manageable.
Pack size and quantity guide
Each pack contains 50 g of hair.
- 1 pack (50 g): a little extra volume.
- 2–3 packs (100–150 g): to add length.
- 3–4 packs (150–200 g): to add length and volume.

Colouring and lightening
Our extensions are made from 100% natural premium Russian human hair sourced from young women. They can be coloured using a low-strength oxidant (developer), following a professional colourist’s advice and a strand test first. Natural human hair may also be lightened, but we do not recommend it: this delicate hair is not suitable for harsh chemical treatments, which can cause dryness, breakage or colour changes.
Any colouring, lightening or chemical treatment is undertaken at your own risk. We do not accept responsibility for damage caused by these treatments. This does not affect your statutory rights for an original defect or a product that did not conform to its description.
